I called this piece "Home" because painting it was like coming home after a long trip.  I've been experimenting with different processes of painting and taking a lot of time out of the studio to photograph tulips blossoming in the area. Today it was marvelous to return to what I know, and paint just to paint.

    I heart this. Normally I don't gravitate to pink, but you show that it's so much more than that. I would love something like that in my house. You've got a good thing going, Cristall!
